Well, it has been the weirdest summer ever with the world suffering together with the Coronavirus...

I genuinely look forward to a healthier world soon.

I do hope all of you are 'Masked Up' and being careful. I feel lucky to live in an area known as the 'Liveable Forest' to walk in the woods and enjoy all rabbits, birds, armadillos etc.

I am busy working with my daughter Katherine Louise Boehm who is illustrating our new book! I will give you a hint! It has to do with the Little Girl in the Moon Series. I am also working on two more stories, and I can not wait to tell you all about them.

A Synonym is a word or phrase that means close to or exactly the same as another word.

1. Gash > Slash

  • It is a huge gash.
  • How did you get the slash?

2. Certain > Sure

  • He was certain he had the facts right.
  • He was sure he had his facts right.

3. Conclude > Finish

  • Please conclude the speech.
  • Please finish the speech.

Grace Patricia Kelly (1929 - 1982) An American Actress who married Prince Rainier III of Monaco.

General William Floyd (1734 - 1821) Born and raised in Long Island, New York. He was the first delegate from New York  to sign the Declaration of Independence. You can visit the Floyd Estate in Long Island, a home filled with history.

Leon Jaworski (1905- 1982) An attorney in Houston, Texas, and Partner in the law firm Fulbright & Jaworski. He was the special prosecutor for the US. Department of  Justice.
